We are NDIS Approved Provider. We focus on quality and service excellence for NDIS participant to achieve their goal and live a meaningful life. Our dedicated team work with individual and family to deliver services in home and community, personal care, assistance for daily activities, capacity building, assistance to access social recreational activities, Supported Independent Living, group and short-term accommodation (respite services).

WHAT WE DO

Infinite ability provides care and support services for NDIS Participants. We take you out and about to explore your interest and hobbies. We help you to live a positive life.

Home and community support

We aim to keep you living independently and safely in your home and living well in your community. Depending your needs, you will get support for your personal care, self-care, assistance for domestic duties, home and community support.

Support Coordination

We can help you to find the right service providers for your needs, and coordinate all of your supports, including mainstream, informal, community and funded supports.

Life Skill Development

We can help you to develop practical living skills and independence to live a meaningful life. Like budgeting, shopping, cooking, job hunting. Support is based around individual needs and goals.

Group, recreation and Leisure

Infinite Ability offers varieties of capacity building, social, creative and active leisure group that can help you find new friendships and learn new skills. We offer Centre based and outdoor activities.

Transport

We are here to provide you with transport facilities as per the NDIS to overcome your daily transportation challenges.

Assist with you independence travel and transport

We assist you to develop the skills you can travel and use public transport independently.

Participation in Education, Training and Employment

We help you to discover your abilities assisting you School, UNI, TAFE and find volunteers or paid job. We assist you to link you in mainstream services.

Short Term Accommodation and Assistance

We Offer Short Term Accommodation and Assistance for NDIS participants as per the need of these individuals and their families. Our short- term accommodation services are a home away from home for people with a disability.

Supported Independent Living (SIL)

We offer Longer term Accommodation and Assistance for Participants. Infinite Ability Provides Supported Independent Living (SIL) supports at Participant’s home or in our facilities.
