Community Nursing
Infinite Ability’s community nursing support services are delivered by qualified and experienced registered nurses and enrolled nurses who work closely with NDIS participants, their families, and other healthcare providers to develop individualised care plans tailored to each person’s needs.
What is Infinite Ability’s Community Nursing Support?
Infinite Ability’s Community Nursing Support is a service designed to provide expert medical care to people living with disabilities or chronic conditions. We offer a comprehensive range of services to help NDIS participant manage their health at home or in community settings.
Support includes:
– Clinical assessments and continence assessments
– Medication management
– Wound care
– stoma care
– Bowel and bladder management
– Respiratory support
– Catheter care
– Diabetes management
– Palliative care
These services are provided by highly skilled and experienced healthcare professionals, including registered nurses, enrolled nurses.
